These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ozkour platform operated by BALTHAZAR CONSULTING, SARL ("we", "us", "Ozkour"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Ozkour is an AI-powered guidance platform. Customers embed a JavaScript widget on their website that provides real-time, contextual assistance to their end users through LLM-powered step-by-step guidance.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Ozkour only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • Use the service to collect, store, or transmit personal data of end users without a lawful basis.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the widget or platform.
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of the service.
  • Use the service to develop a competing product.
  • Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent.
  • Submit content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

The Ozkour platform, widget, documentation, and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of BALTHAZAR CONSULTING. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for the duration of your subscription.

You retain all rights to your own content (documentation, project data) that you upload to the platform.

5. Availability and Maintenance

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, updates, or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Limitation of Liability

The AI guidance provided by Ozkour is informational and contextual. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with prior notice when reasonably possible. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
